We accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) and cash or Zelle (made payable to info@201partyprorentals.com).  Note there is a 3% surcharge on credit card payments.

Our required deposit amount is $100.00, made payable only by credit card.  The balance of your order total will be due on the day of your scheduled event prior to set-up.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event date in order to receive a full refund on your deposit.  Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice results in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.  In the event of severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your rental.  You will receive a full refund on your deposit or the option to reschedule.  We will contact you on the day of your scheduled event to confirm during instances of severe weather.

Our inflatables are completely insured and each carry NJ certification.

Our delivery charge includes set-up and clean-up of all rental equipment.  We charge a flat rate for delivery, set-up and clean-up based on the distance of your event location from our distribution center in Hackensack, NJ, as follows:

0-10 miles: $100.00

11-15 miles: $150.00

16-20 miles: $200.00

21-25 miles: $250.00

26-30 miles: $300.00

We typically arrive 2-3 hours prior to the start of your scheduled event to set-up.  Equipment will then be picked-up the morning following your scheduled event.  We will confirm all set-up and clean-up times with you.

Our accidental damage insurance is completely optional and, if elected for $100.00, covers you from any damage to equipment during your rental period that is caused unintentionally.  Damage that is caused intentionally or that is the result of negligence is not covered.  Please report any damage to equipment during your rental period to us as soon as possible.
